Mediport 3000 series - Medical Grade, zero footprint PACS system

Responsible for all design and testing for this system from the ground up. I worked closely with the mechanical engineer during my time and the company's EE to develop a functional design that would be the next generation of digital X-Ray viewers.

During my time as the EE for Maxant Technologies (a 7 Mile solution company), I did all UL 60601 certifications and testing on this device. I sourced and audited all components per that spec. I was also responsible for designing the production line, and the testing of each product that was produced.

I was also responsible for traveling to hospitals to repair systems currently in OR suites that could not be removed

Techline, X-Ray Film view box

While I was EE at Maxant Technologies, I was responsible for sourcing all components related to the production of X-Ray light boxes, maintaining the production lines, and developing new testing procedures to confirm that UL standards for 60601-1 were being met.

5000W Industrial conveyor oven

As I was sole EE for 7 Mile solutions, I was also responsible for maintenance and repair for the 5000W AMTI (a 7 Mile solutions company) industrial conveyor oven. I also verified production products, and audited production lines. I sourced any new components necessary for replacing components that went end of life, and verified via test procedures that I designed

The SLICE

A fully automatic pull and cut machine. Mostly used for cutting small gauge wire, heat shrink tubing, and other roll based materials. Just like "The Shrink", I was responsible for any and all maintenance and repair for machines that customers sent in, as well as sourcing any components that went end of life.
